Share Buttons on Single Product Page – Whatsapp Share Not Working

You are currently using the Elementor Share Buttons element on your single product templates. We have checked and found that this issue also occurs on other customers’ websites and is not related to the theme used. For reference, please see: https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/9920.

According to one of the suggested solutions, the problem appears to be caused by the “%” symbol in the product excerpt, which Elementor does not handle properly. Removing this symbol resolves the issue -> https://gyazo.com/83475b09d9a9903e64b6f58420670765.

We noticed that some of your products contain such specific content (see: https://gyazo.com/875bb0d1c38187be45332cb29c75f8e2). We temporarily removed the excerpt for testing, and the popup then worked correctly. You may wish to modify your product excerpts accordingly and check the result.

Our theme does not include share widgets for single product pages created with Elementor, as the default widget generally meets most requirements. It appears that your request involves customization. If that is the case, you may submit your request through our customization services, or alternatively, you can install an additional plugin that offers product sharing functionality with popup options.

If your description contains certain special characters, it may be skipped and displayed as a blank popup. Therefore, we kindly ask you to include some default text in the excerpt and verify it. We conducted a test using the default “Lorem ipsum” text, which does not contain any special characters.
