The links are not working on mobile devices

    Hello, i am adding links on the home page to redirect to the shop for example, but the links are not working on the moblie. but when i click the bottom from the pc it works!!
    what is the problem here? and the product page also not opening on the mobile and only on the pc

    1/ To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
    Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://fex.net/ , and provide us with the URL.

    2/ Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    To see what i mean please click the buttons on home page on the pc and on mobile device. I will try to record video if the problem not solved
