The demo page show categories in preview, but different stuff when I want edit it

Hello,
Please see attached images. My problem is the demo page show categories in preview, but different stuff when I want edit it. And if I change the status from draft to published. The categories function all gone.
I want to use this categories function page link to the “go shop” button in home page. Please feel free to show me how to do that.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Shop Page, and select a different page there. This is because WooCommerce automatically displays products on the page designated as the shop page, effectively replacing any content you may have added in the editor.

To link the “Go Shop” button on the homepage to the categories page, please edit page content with Elementor > change link – https://prnt.sc/rZgB6DbxiHzF

Hello Alex,
Thanks for your help. The previous problem has been solved, but a new problem has emerged. If I should to start a new topic please let me know.
The new problem is the page with categories function, I can’t edit it. I tried to edit it with All Page > Shop Page Edit > Edit with Elementor. I’ve been waiting for a long time, but the page still won’t load. Please see attached image for the page which I want to edit.
