    1. It is very slow.
    2. It has like this blink white flash.

Wondering what the root cause of this issue is?

And how can we fix this?
Its an important performance feature for the end user, so i re-updated my license to attack this specific issue with you.

Looking forward to your reply 🙂

    Hello, Nicol,

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

We are pleased to inform you that we have implemented an optimization of AJAX requests. These improvements are now available in the latest update.

    – Was it the DB queries? Did you add indexes, or? Please do fill us in?

    – Are the files are compatible to work with object caching for faster loading. Specifily, is it compatible to work with Docket Cahce?

    If not, with redis?

Looking forward to your reply on this, as the site is heavily depended on the ajax request speed.

There have been no changes to the database queries, and there should be no issues related to caching either.

Ok great to hear that, and great that there are no issues to caching.

But if you did no changes to the database queries, then what is the ajax optimization that you performed?

Looking forward to hearing your reply

    Hello, Nicolo,

The loading speed of AJAX directly depends on the server response time. This means that the filter results cannot be loaded faster than the page with the corresponding filter itself.
