    Dear Sir,

    Good Day To You.

I am facing a performance issue on the Shop and Product Category pages of my website, safeandsecureksa.com. The XStore sidebar filters are taking a very long time to load, which is resulting in a poor customer experience.

Could you please advise on how to optimize these filters to make them load faster?

    Thank you.

    Hello @khurram virk,

Based on your video, we noticed that you have enabled the AJAX load action for your widgets, which causes them to load only upon user interaction or when the page is scrolled. These settings can be adjusted either in Dashboard → Widgets → Shop Sidebar → Widget Settings (example: https://prnt.sc/DAPlOpmyxcHW) or in Theme Options → Speed Optimizations → Ajaxify Widgets.

We recommend temporarily disabling this option and checking the result.

Additionally, we attempted to log in to your website to locate the settings and assist you further, but your site is protected by an additional verification step (https://prnt.sc/RpT5Y6ZpIkiC).

    Dear Jack,

    Good Day To You.

    Thank you for your response.

To clarify my requirement: I do not want the page to reload when a customer adjusts a filter. I want the product grid to update dynamically (AJAX), but currently, the filters are loading very slowly and laggy. My goal is for these filters to work smoothly and instantly without a full page refresh.

I have attached a screenshot of my current settings in Theme Options → Speed Optimizations → Ajaxify Widgets for your reference: https://snipboard.io/WfCOIm.jpg

Based on these settings, could you please advise what I should change to ensure the filters load immediately but still update the products without reloading the page?

    Thank you.

    Hello @khurram virk,

Please remove all widgets from the Ajax Widgets option and ensure that the Ajax Filters are enabled in the Theme Options. If you still require our assistance, kindly attach a video demonstrating the issue you encountered and provide temporary access to your WordPress admin area so that we can review the problem and offer appropriate solutions.

    Dear Sir,

    Good Day To You.

    Thank you for your response.

I have tested your suggestion, but I am facing a dilemma regarding the user experience:

When AJAX is Enabled: The filtering happens without reloading the page (which is good), but the filters themselves take a very long time to initially load/appear.

    Video Evidence: https://drive.google.com/file/d/14fp4lHFAYWw3E1oOG1rUi_v4T1fAbJYB/view?usp=sharing

When AJAX is Disabled: The filters appear instantly (good), but every time a user clicks a filter, the entire page reloads (bad user experience).

My Requirement: I need the sidebar filters to load instantly and filter the products without triggering a full page reload.

Please Test It Yourself: You can experience this slow loading behavior directly on my live shop page here (Currently AJAX Is Enabled On The FIlters): https://safeandsecureksa.com/shop/

My Question: Since the native XStore filters are performing slowly, would you suggest that I rebuild the Shop and Category pages using Elementor to improve speed? or is there a specific setting within XStore to fix this “slow loading” lag without losing the AJAX functionality?

    Thank you.

    Hello @khurram virk,

We kindly ask you to disable the “Use AJAX preload for this widget” option in each of your widgets located in the Sidebar widget area (https://prnt.sc/MOe6Kj7Xzo76) and then check the result. We are confident that the main issue will be resolved after these settings are disabled.

If you still require our assistance, please provide temporary wp-admin access in the private area.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
