Footer display issues and Mobile menu bug

Hi,
We have come across 2 issues when we construct the website.

The footer has an issue when sometime it cannot show the layout we created, and it just shows a totally grey and off-grid layout and content.

On the other hand, when we view the website in a tablet / mobile device, the hamburger menu never shows up and it only shows the desktop menu stacking with each other.
