1/ Update the theme – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update and Core plugin – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
2/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
If you are using child theme, make sure that your custom changes in files are not the reason for the issue.
3/ If this doesn’t help, provide FTP access, so we can check the problem more deeply.
