Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache > Off, clear cache of browser, and check the result. Activate mentioned options once all changes to the header/menu will be done.

Reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Sat-Sun. But is usually faster than that.
Clear all cache and you will see changes. If this doesn’t work, provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look. Provide an example, of what exactly can’t be changed with screenshots, please. Use Gayzo or Lightshot screenshot tools to make and share screenshots

Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

Do you have errors in the browser console?
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
Make sure that you Published changes https://prnt.sc/1x8cnrx , not saved as Draft.
Why you do not want to provide temporary wp-admin access? To be able to talk about refund, we need at least confirm the error.
We would like to solve the situation in the best way, and fix the problem.
