Hello,
1) Contact plugin author to fix the 400 error http://prntscr.com/p7o93i
2) Check the enabled plugins list http://prntscr.com/p7o93i Do you have products with subscriptions? Why do you keep the Subscriptio plugin enabled? Do you use 360 view products? If not then disable plugin. Do you use the Cookie notice? If not then disable plugin. Every additional plugin even if you don’t use it but keep enabled calls additional styles, scripts and slows down the site. Keep enabled only those plugins that you really use.
3) Optimize images. 1 slider image on your site takes 4Mb and could be reduced to 400Kb using https://tinypng.com/ or even less http://prntscr.com/p7oeyq Home page size is 7+Mb, it’s too large http://prntscr.com/p7ogxp . Check all the images that you use there and reduce page size to 1.5Mb at least. Large page requires more time to load its content.
4) Once you solve the previous items provide us with Dashboard access to your site to check the cache plugin settings.
Regards
