    Hi,
    I want to know if you can help me deactivate all the themes that I’m not using, and won’t be using, in your royal package, so it only shows the theme I’m using. I can see them under import/export under theme options.

    thanks in advance.

    Hello,

    Theme templates in Import/Export section are deactivated by default until you install them.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

    In this case go to wp-content/themes/royal/framework/theme-options.php file and comment out the code in lines 2555-2579.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

    I’ve commented out the following code in theme-options.php and disabled import/export option (http://prntscr.com/a0vykw).

    array(
                'id'       => 'backup',
                'title'    => 'Import/Export',
                'icon'     => 'icon-cog'
            )

    Please check.

    Thanks..

    I’ve got another problem, and that is the theme is not responsive on my iphone or ipad. I can see that some of the stuff has moved. On my computer everything looks great, but it’s only the responsive I’ve got problem with. Under “Theme Options” I’ve selected Responsive, and enabled it, but still there are some stuff which has moved. I have attached some samples here:

    Hello,

    On your screenshots the content is responsive, also I checked the site and didn’t see any problems. Please clarify what you think is incorrect on your site.

    Thank you.

    If you look clearly on the screenshots, you see that the texts on the slide is on the person, and the 3 circles with photos on right side is under the text now. Further the suit on picture has hovers on it, but the functions doesn’t work properly, how come?

    if you go down to the footer, then some of the texts in the left side box, is out of the box instead of being inside the box, as you can see on the computer. How can we fix that? 🙁

    Hello,

    These settings are related to slider, not to the theme. You can set custom sizes of the slider for mobile in Revolution Slider > edit your slider > Site Layout section > set Custom Grid Size for mobile. To make these settings you need update slider plugin to the latest version https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Regarding the footer, I don’t see any problems, text is aligned properly.
    Please show a screenshot of the issue in the footer.

    Also we recommend to update theme to the latest 2.6 version.

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Ok, so I’ve been looking in to the responsive, and I’ve checked my website through. I’ve got a couple of things, that needs to be fixed asap.

    1. http://prntscr.com/a4xxdu
    Look at the link, what I mean by the arrows is that the “hover me” buttons doesn’t show the whole box’s with texts in it as it should be. It doesn’t work proper on my laptop, desktop, iphone or ipad. And the other arrow shows you the button for the slide, and I don’t like the black stroke on it, can we remove that?

    2. http://prntscr.com/a4xxll
    Look at the link, a lot more arrows, the first 4 which points to the buttons and texts, tells you that on responsive it shouldn’t be on placed on the human on the left side or on the 3 pictures on right side corner. I’ve tried to move them for the responsive, and it doesn’t work. And the other arrow shows you the button for the slide, and I don’t like the black stroke on it, can we remove that?

    3. http://prntscr.com/a4y0so
    Look at the link, can we make the red box’ link to the picture too? it should be the same on all of the pictures. and it also should work responsive.

    4. http://prntscr.com/a4y1cb
    The texts in side this box, is coming out of the box on responsive, and it doesn’t matter whether it’s on iphone or ipads.

    A lot of these problems have to do with the responsive too, so I hope you guys can help me out with all of these. Thanks in advance! 🙂

    Hello,

    1. Please add this code in Global Custom CSS:

    .et-tooltip:hover > div {
        left: 0px !important;
    }
    .hephaistos .tp-bullet.selected {
        border-color: transparent;
    }

    2. Add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for mobile:

    .tp-caption.black h1.active.font-alt {
       font-size: 12px !important;
       margin-left: 80px !important;
    }

    3. The settings are related to Ess. Grid plugin, not to the theme. You should check the plugin settings.

    4. I’ve checked footer on mobile and the text is shown properly:

    i’ve tried the CSS code you’ve given me, but still got these errors:

    1. The boxes on the hover me does show, but the text are really small, and it doesn’t look like how it did before the theme update. Check the screenshot from the old theme here: http://prntscr.com/a59vms
    It doesn’t work proper on my iphone either, look at my screenshot here: http://prntscr.com/a59rq7
    And need to know if I can make the buttons like on this website: http://www.sirdukeent.com/

    2. Doesn’t work proper. The texts are still on the person, and they are not placed under eachother, like all of them centered. Look at the screenshot here: http://prntscr.com/a59wf9
