In mobile view, the theme shows subcategories in categories. How can I make this in my site?

In mobile view, the theme shows a subcategory in categories in the menu option. While in my site, there is no such options for creating this in mobile view. I attached screenshot of the theme which shows the subcategories in mobile view. I want to create like this.

Hello, Catholicans,

Could you provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to take a closer look at your settings.
Make sure you have a hierarchy in categories and they are not empty, for example – https://prnt.sc/qObbIjuS0Rtb
