Interactive banner url undefined - by Steffen

I am not able to set a banner link and title, wahtever i input, it is always undefined, tried with IE and FF. What can I do?

Are Visual Composer and Ultimate VC Addons plugins updated?
Please update them https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

I teied to reinstall
Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer v 3.13.2
Visual Composer v 4.6.2
but this failed saying, that directory already exists.

I tried to update Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer through the plugin page but ist wants me to

“Almost done!

Please activate your copy of the Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer to receive automatic updates & get premium support”

but I have no API key, I just bought the theme.

Hello,

You need update plugins via FTP. Connect to a server via FTP, go to wp-content/plugins directory and overwrite js_composer and Ultimate_VC_Addons folders with the ones you extracted from new archives.

okay, id did update these two, but it seems, that do not help, still it is not possible to set a link or get the description text in paragraphs

For all the others: set the url in urlencoded-form in code for tag banner-link, prefixed by url:

e.g. banner-link=”url:http%3A%2F%2Fwww.mysite.com%2Fmydirectory%2F||target:%20_blank
