Add to cart button buffer a long time. And site speed is so slow.

Hi,
1. We are facing a big problem for this add to cart button. when click add to cart then it will buffer more than 40sec. and at a time won’t added to cart 2 or more product. we tried to fix it by deactivating one by one 3rd party plugin but we failed.

2. Website speed is so much slow. we use wp rocket, w3 cache, cloudfare cdn, imgify. but it was not working.

3. Sticky Header isn’t properly sticking when scroll the website.

*** Visit the website and click add to cart button then you will understand the issue

1), 2) I checked the adding to cart process and see that server response time is very slow, compare your site and our demo http://recordit.co/737jwT5u3q
So, contact your hosting provider and ask to improve the server settings and server response time.

2) I don’t see issues with the sticky header https://recordit.co/OwLjBTjbye
Could you, please, explain in more detail?
