this translation process is really complicate –
1)i added a text in processing order email (https://prnt.sc/zbgo14)
2) i dowloaded poedit – opened it (https://prnt.sc/zbi1ar)
3) i have in local xstore-child.pot and xstore-child-it_IT.po (is this right?)
and now ?
i tried everything but what i don’t undersand is WHERE and HOW i can include my new string (the one in english ) to then sink it and translate it in loco ….
PS i find really incredible that there isn’t a single (UPDATED) video tutorial to guide poor miserable people like me step by step to do this translation … i need to add text to email template (they are too much simple …. we need to give client informations about orders shipping – gift voucher – pick up details- timing collection – opening hours of point of sale etc etc etc etc ….. )

the problem is the way the 2 products are displayed (all in one line) – it seems that the tag /br is not taken in consideration .. if you add a further /br tag – as in screenshot – the products are listed properly (one line – one product) – regarding translation you can see that BARREL and FUSTO are not translated – box don’t need to be translated because BOX is used in both italian and in english – if you need to see BARREL and FUSTO translation issue you ahev to log as B2B client – i attached the login usr and password to enter as B2B client

I saw the .pot file of the child theme placed in xstore-child/langugaes folder i think i know how to update it .. tnx

i managed to get translated New Account email – New password email – Order suspended email .. and now Order processing email doesnt accept the translation …not even a simple word (order n. ) see screnshot https://prnt.sc/ynqwpd .. now i have half mails translated and the most important email like Order Completed /Order in process / not translated … pleasse HELP

it was working – infact after registration it dragged me to my account dashboard – but now i upgrade theme v.7.2.4 in staging area (i usually do before the upgrade in staging to test if any problem) and it stop working .. basecally same problem as before … after registration in off canvas regsitr panel >> panel close and nothing happen … please be aware production theme still v.7.2.3

i contacted woocommerce – they said is not related to them because the problem is when i register from the right “my account” off canvas panel … infact if i register from My Account main page – once completed registration- i been drag to the myaccount dashboard … but if i register from offcanvas registration panel , once completed regsitration , the panel close and no confirmation message appear and nothing happen .. there is a way – once egister from offcanvas registration panel to go to my account page or at least have a succesful registration notification message ?
