Nevermind! I figured it out!!
I will try to figure out how to make a new home page and see if that corrects the problem> I will message you back if it doesn’t work.
I’m fine creating a new homepage from scratch through Elementor without WPBakery. However, I do not believe that is the solution to the problem we have featured in this thread.
I still do not see my logo or the shopping cart and favorites buttons.
CloudFlare is disabled. Everything should be ready for you. Thanks!

Thank you for the communication. I contacted my developer. Please do not close out this conversation. I will message you back when I hear from my developer that CloudFlare is disabled.

I adjusted your status to Administrator rather than Editor. I don’t know what CloudFlare is and I don’t know where to find it to disable. Is that something you could do?
If I still am missing something, can you please explain in more detail? I’m a first time WordPress user and a developer helped me get set up initially.
I only created a new topic because someone on your end disabled replies within that thread.
See the private portion of the message for the info you need.
Ok! So I just went in to check and my dashboard is there again. No changes from me but I’m happy it’s there.
However, my logo, shopping cart and heart icon in the right corner are all missing from my website. I did nothing that I can imagine would cause this problem. All of my settings are as they have been for months.
Is this a theme glitch?
Last week Olga Barlow said this:
I see some js error in console. Please, provide temporary Dashboard and FTP access to your site to find the reason of that error.
All of the required plugins listed there are activated.
I have not altered code so I do not know how I could have messed up the child theme.
Here are a few of the other problems I am experiencing, which I explained in that conversation with Olga:
My logo, shopping cart and heart icon in the right corner are all missing from my website. I did nothing that I can imagine would cause this problem. All of my settings are as they have been for months.
Is this a theme glitch?
When I tried to update the logo on my website through the EightTheme admin section (before it went blank) I got this message after hitting save:
“There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.”
All of the required plugins listed there are activated. What 3rd party plugins do you want me to disable?
I have not adjusted any coding that could impact the child theme in the time since the problems began. A long time ago I was instructed by EightTheme support to add a few lines of code but that’s all I’ve done.
Last week Olga Barlow said this – I wonder if it’s connected:
I see some js error in console. Please, provide temporary Dashboard and FTP access to your site to find the reason of that error.
I have a previously saved image for my logo and I had a shopping cart and heart icon in the right corner. All 3 are now missing from my website. I did nothing that I can imagine would cause this problem. All of my settings are as they have been for months.

When I try to update the logo on my website through the EightTheme admin section I get this message after hitting save:
“There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.”
Could that be because I don’t have an updated version of WPBaker Page Builder or is that more likely to be caused by a glitch in the theme?
Hello,
I see your documentation on how to update primium plugins that came with the theme (e.g. WPBakery Page Builder and WooZone) but I do NOT understand how to use the downloaded files to confirm the updates I need.
I do not know what a server is or how to access it and I do not have any idea what you’re talking about when you explain where to put the downloaded files from EightTheme.
Do you have a video tutorial? Is there ANY easier way?
I downloaded the EnvatoMarket Plugin. If I had an Item ID for those plugins would they automatically update? If so, can I PLEASE have those item ID’s?

I was under the impression that this plugin was great for people without coding knowledge when I bought it but none of your instructions are user-friendly to those without coding knowledge. Please do something about this.
I don’t use WPBakery Page Builder, I use Elementor, So I definitely do not want to buy WPBakery. Getting WooZone was a huge selling point for this plugin as well. I would really like to get these plugins updating easily without having to buy everything separately.
PLEASE HELP!!
Thank you so much!
I added my Item Purchase Code in the WZone dashboard of my wordpress pannel.
It said, “Unable to validate this plugin. Please contact AA-Team Support!”
I also went to the “Download plugins” page and downloaded the WooZone plugin in my EightTheme account. I did not see any further license code to plug into my dashboard to validate. I’m not sure what to do with what I downloaded.
Can you please help me understand what else I can do to validate the plugin and what I should be doing with the downloaded plugin information?
Thank you.
How do we remove the green category box from above the title within the single blog post view?
I see a lot of XStore updates. Do I need to make all of them for my theme to function properly? Or do the updates for my theme show up in my normal wordpress management area?
Yes, thank you.
I don’t see a place to upload images from a file on my computer and I don’t have a link for my images. What do you suggest that I do?
I included a link to my website in the private section, though.
