    1) To edit the banner which is appearing at the top of the shop page, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Shop > Shop Page Layout > Shop page banner content.     In order to use the filters, you must understand and create variable products on your site. Variable products require different variations based on the attributes, so you must first create the attributes and then assign them to the variable product. After that, you will be able to filter the products based on those attributes.

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    In addition, please provide your valid/working site WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it for you on your site.

    To create an attribute filter, you must first add a new attribute under Dashboard > Products > Attributes, as per your needs.

    After that, please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets and add the 8theme Swatches Filter widget to the shop sidebar, selecting the attribute as per your requirements. For a better reference, please see the image here: https://postimg.cc/XZcf1dFQ

    You are correct that the features you mentioned are linked with the short description widget used in the product builder. If you remove the widget, the features will not be displayed.

    If you would like to remove the description only, you can try using Custom CSS. Please copy and paste the following code to XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and then clear your browser cache.

        display: none !important;
    }
