Thanks for that code. For the other issue: there was n image there for that row. It was set and working. After the update it is now blank. I can’t remember the setting I used even. The image had text appear on top.

They did reappear so that’s good going forward when I do updates yet there are other issues remaining after updating the latest VC Add On plugin. See videos.
I have confirmation certain Mod_security settings have been disabled as that may have been preventing your access via ftp. Please advise you are all set.

You are using Passive mode in ftp, correct? This was their recommendation previously. I have also contacted them once again and provided your IP in private, this was the one given me last time by your support and requested they whitelist it.
I had previously requested this from them a week ago and their reply was simply to use Passive mode in ftp. I’ll update you as soon as I get their reply. Thanks for staying with me on this.

I got this response from the webhost. How do I go about doing this? I appreciate your help on this because I am lost!
Webhost response: => font files are in the directory, I have resolved this type of issue on my own designs by creating a child theme and enqueue the files in the child themes functions.php

I re-uploaded the theme. I have not had issues with firewall preventing any ftp work. I do not have access to firewall settings on this account. Yet ftp is fully functional for me.
Take a look at the site now. It did something but the icons are still not present properly.

One more thing I forgot to ask. How do I reduce the size of the slider dimension. So the look on the home page is not as tall. The images cover the page of course and have a certain height, I’d like to make the height 20 – 30px smaller.

I tried again on another site, http://mindingyourgame.com and after upgrading the theme and updating js_composer the site wouldn’t show. So again I placed the older js_composer version in and the site is good. Am I missing something? I have 4 sites total needed updating so once I get things dialed in I’ll take care of those sites.

Update: On one of the sites I updated I put the old version back in and the site is love again properly. So I have since uploaded that last version before the most recent update to the site associated with this ticket. So you’ll see the old version installed. Go ahead and do what you need to do and install the new one and see what happens for you.

Well, yes I’d like that option but mostly I’d like the mobile menu not to appear greyed out. On my iPhone it looks almost invisible. Until a link is clicked, then the “current” link is very clear. Just want the whole navigation to be more visible. Link color is secondary at this point.
