    It is not a bug. In our theme, zoom is disabled on this screen resolution, by default.

    Thank you for using our theme!
    Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme – official WC theme and check if this problem persists when default theme is activated. Reply back if problem appears with our theme only. Then we’ll be able to help you. Also, we will need your wp-admin access.

    Hello,

    Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme – official WC theme and check if this problem persists when default theme is activated. Reply back if problem appears with our theme only. Then we’ll be able to help you.
    Please try to disable Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer plugin and then check.
    Also, we will need FTP access.

    Without FTP access we can’t check the issue completely.
    Also, we can’t login. Please check it.
    Try to update your translation .po file as described here http://betterwp.net/wordpress-tips/create-pot-file-using-poedit./ (the section “Updating a .po (and .mo) file”).

    You can change logo image in Theme Options > Header > Logo image and Logo image for fixed header.
    To disable logo you can add this code in Custom css:

    .logo, .logo-with-menu {
        display: none !important;
    }

    You need to have base html and php skills if you want to change or add some special functionality.
    You can try to use some third-party plugins.

    Also, you can add this code in Custom css to change background image only on single product pages:
