If you do not remember how you translated texts, you can install the Loco translate plugin > edit translation of WooCommerc, theme, Core plugin (search for mentioned text and change translation), and the text will be displayed according to your changes > then disable the Loco plugin.

Header Builder via Elementor is activated on your site, which means Theme Options settings do not work for the header.
Theme Options > Styling > Edit colors for alerts and check the result.
We have noticed that all texts have already been translated from English. The simplest way to modify them would be to edit the existing translations.
