Please try to install the plugin via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder. You can find the zip files for plugin installation in the theme folder royal/framework/plugins.

You can add the Text widget into the Right Side top bar area with phone number and contact link (Appearance->Widgets).

To remove the language links on the left please add the empty Text widget into Left Side top bar area.
