1) Please provide screenshot with issue.
2) You can disable it in Theme Options->General.
3) Try to upload a new logo image with bigger dimension size.
4) Please use this code in Global Custom CSS

Please update the theme and the Visual Composer plugin to latest version then check issue.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

Don’t forget to make backup of the site before update.
