I’m in the same boat as John. I went to the http://support.wpbakery.com/ to enter my code and it says “Please enter a valid code”!
What went wrong?

OK. It seems like the issue was not with the theme but rather a setting in the Media option of WP Admin. I have resolved this. You may close this thread.
