Yes…It was slow in that domain and my management not happy about that. So I have to get another solution for it. (I already deactivated the current Xstore license and tried with a different theme, it’s working fine with that domain). May I use the deactivated license with any other projects?.(or get a refund) Or, what else I can do with that license?.

I’m really happy with the team and its features that’s why I purchased that. So don’t misunderstand me and I don’t need a refund. I just represent my boss’s response and it’s for his business. so that’s why I’m telling you about the speed (Loading) matter. otherwise, the team is perfectly fine. I can wait for your major update.
If I go to a new team for this site, can I still use this license for some other my sites? ( deactivating on this site & reactivate on the new one)…?. (no idea to change this right now)

01. Them header and elements changed ( NO color and overlapped)
02 . Menu’s arrangement/elements and colors changed (to white color)
02. Clearly can see the unusual page loading time now as well. (compare with other sites). I’m not talking about GTmatrix or google page speed results. those are excellent was before optimizing. now results also worst. but the opening home page or product page even the site loading animation was disabled, it still feels slow loading (it was my boss’s opinion)
