Topic: Reset database and reactivate the theme license on same site….

Hi,
I need to reset my WP database because of Niche-Market02 theme on my site very slow loading at starting. already got tech support and now the site’s header area details got messy.

I just need a clear answer for this, If reset the Database after deactivating my current theme license, do I need to contact your support to license reactivating on the same site ?…

Yes…It was slow in that domain and my management not happy about that. So I have to get another solution for it. (I already deactivated the current Xstore license and tried with a different theme, it’s working fine with that domain). May I use the deactivated license with any other projects?.(or get a refund) Or, what else I can do with that license?.
