I have just read your small and inconspicuous ToolTip.
Accordingly, XSTORE is not part of the “ALL Themes” package.

This is illegal and misleading advertising and not allowed in Europe!
What can we do now?

Can you still activate unlimited XStore for us?
If not, we will withdraw from our purchase.
In this case we accept your money back guarantee and would like the payment back.

As next i have checked my other XStore Keys to.
One of them is already registered on pj-1.de. But this code doesn’t work either! Please show the private content with my keys.

really feel like I’m being fooled.
I’ve lost track of things, I can’t control it myself and the key that was registered for pj-1.de doesn’t work.

Now I thought that with the unlimited key I no longer need an overview and you still get 99 USD per year from me.

Then after the purchase I have to find out in horror that I was cheated and that it is not for Xstore Theme at all, although it said “All Themes”. I took screenshots to prove this.

I will also represent this accordingly in my ratings of the keys.

Hello,

we don’t use a child theme.
We have now checked again for possible sources of error and deactivated all plugins. The problem still persists.

We don’t dare to deactivate the theme because we don’t want any settings to be lost.
We use the WordPress / Woocommerce installation as a multisite. But we can also rule out errors there.

Maybe you can take a look.

Hello,

here you see the Elementor Editor (3 images) this is how it should look.
Everything looked right before the theme update.

and this is what it looks like after the update:

You can see that everything is displayed incorrectly:

1. No distance to the slideshow
2. Title different color and font size
3. Text color generally not correct
4. Blue iphone picture and listing 2 columns is displayed in 1 column
5. Distance to headline and video is not shown
6. Headings gold color as well as centered is not shown
7. Table 3 columns with price plans are not displayed correctly
8. Bottom newsletter with picture is not displayed correctly.

It’s all wrong, so to speak … You are welcome to log in and then look at the page in Elementor again, then you will understand the issue.

Note:

if have added the follow css on custom css:

.vc_grid-item-zone-c-left .vc_gitem-zone-c {
float: left;
width: 30%;
}
.vc_grid-item-zone-c-left .vc_gitem-animated-block {
float: right;
width: 70%;
}

now it looks better.
But I don’t know whether this will have a global impact later on.

Why Add to cart button is not displayed is a mystery to me.

Hi Olga,

sorry, but it works not 100%.

1. We need 3 Rows (1. Image — 2. Title + Short Descr. — 3. Price + Add to Cart Button + Quickview Icon.

You see we have 2 Rows only 1. Image — 2. Row have to under Rows therefore, not the entire width is used. Everything is shown squashed on the 2. Row

2. Add to cart Button doesn’t show
