I ty to add or change text in product text block and I cannot save it !!! I use firefox, clean cache, clean cache in wordpress and the problem is there. BUT LIKE I SAID BEFORE A FEW TIMES, I USE IT 3 YEARS AND NEVER WAS A PROBLEM IN THIS PLASE, WE USE PRODUCT TEXT BLOCK ALL THE TIME BECAUSE WE ADD NEW PRODUCTS AND MAKE CHANGES. SO THE PROBLEM SHOWED UP ABOUT A WEEK AGO AND DESPITE UPDATES, IT STILL OCCURNS.

Is it so hard to understand that I have been using your plugin every day for 3 years and the problem with saving changes appeared a week ago and continues to this day. I haven’t installed any other plugins, I know what the cache is and I clear it both automatically and manually. The problem is with your plugin, not my cache or browser.

Ok I turn it on, but I cannot upgrade it, because it want a new licence and I cannot turn it off because we use it in our store. So the problem is still.
I turn off WPBakery Page Builder like you suggested, and I lost home page ….. Moreover, I cannot turn it on again because it want a licence from me, that was a part of xstore !!!!

When I add some text to text block of single product, I cannot save changes, as you can see in the video. But when I close it and open again I can add some text and save it.
Before last xstore updates it was working correct and I could save it after all changes.

I think there has been a misunderstanding. I have been using xstore for 3 years, and the problem with not being able to save changes appeared a few days ago after the latest update. No new plugins have been installed, and we cannot disable them in our online store that has been operating for 3 years. The problem appeared in your xstore update.
