Hello, thanks for the solution yesterday!

Now I have problems with the Header Builder, I make changes in the editor of the header builder in mobile and in Destktop and in the mobile they are not updated, in the preview of the editor yes, but in the web browser not!

In addition there is also a problem with the “Promo text” I change them in the normal menu and they are changed, but then in the menu of the “home page” those of the normal menu appear again in the text editor, but in the preview I get the old texts and I can’t change them!

Any solution?

The problem is in all the pages, if I create a new one it also happens.

We will have to correct the FTP as you say!

Good morning, there is a problem with the Xstore Core plugin. When activated, it makes the web extremely slow, both within WordPress to customize and render the pages and to load the pages in the browser for any user visiting the web.

I have spoken to the server / hosting company and they tell me it is due to an installed plugin. I have disabled all the plugins and activated them one by one and the problem is the Xstore Core plugin. If I deactivate it, the web works correctly.

Any solution?

(I have activated the Xstore Child theme, I don’t know if I have to activate the normal Xstore).
