That widget is in Prefooter 2 in elementor and it is an original configuration or design made by you..
I already added the brands widget in the way you indicated and it still doesn’t appear.

I thought it could be some function disabled in the theme options, but if you think it has nothing to do with that, what can I say.
And my question is, if you had not already seen this problem or something similar?
