Alright, Thanks.
Alright, Thanks.
I understand it’s difficult to answer a question with out credentials to see the issue. However you completely disregarded the question i did ask.
“I guess what i am asking is am i missing a step with the update process?
Please keep in mind I’ve watched your how to video multiple times.
I upload the new version of Royal to the hosting & have selected Overwrite. Once this is completed i go to the theme options page and hit save via wordpress dashboard. Than i proceed to update plug-ins Via the hosting. Same process as updating the theme files.
Any ideas?”
Thanks for not answering my question & replying with a generic can’t help you response.
Not a big fan of supplying credentials to a site i don’t technically own. I figure you can understand, i’d like to keep my clients personal information kept personal.
With that being said here’s my issue.
After update, Font settings are gone, menu settings are changed, & the site doesn’t appear the way it is currently set up.
I guess what i am asking is am i missing a step with the update process?

Problem Solved, Thanks
Sorry for the late response, i’ve been out of town for awhile. Ill give this a shot
It works properly before you update to 2.0.
Once update is installed the animation on the elements no longer works & causes them to not show up at all. When you turn the animation setting on the element to “no” they re-appear however you arn’t able to apply animation to any elements with the updated 2.0 version.
Unfortunately the site is live and i am not able to show you because it would break the site & i’m not willing to do that to my client.
When you apply css animation to lets say a blank text box or a single image to come in during page load from right to left, or top to bottom, ect.. it doesn’t load at all. It just remains blank. When you change the setting to NO animation it appears and loads fine.
I took the test page down already, I’m currently using it for another project with a different theme.
I’ve also noticed the update doesn’t retain any of the font settings.
I updated the theme on a test page & noticed non of the CSS animation works after the update. in fact it doesn’t even show up on the page?
Is this a problem with the updated version??
I can’t proceed to update my clients site without this feature working because the feature was heavily used with the design of their site.
So this will fix the mobile issue???
Not a problem, it’s a great theme & your help has always been excellent.
i understand that i would need to deal with them for plug-in related issues. I would prefer not to have to use the plug in at all that’s why i asked you guys for help.
anything?
Info Provided in Private, Thanks
Alright thanks for the tips.
Problem is not solved. i had to add a third party plug in to get the site to search page content, But it doesn’t run well.
k
I removed that line of code, however it didn’t seem to change the search results. Any other thoughts?
Thanks again.
Perfect Thank You!
stcbiologics.com/Home/
It’s on the landing page “partners, careers, & interns”, under contact info.
Thanks, That worked. Much appreciated
Eva, I’d rather not because it’s not my information to give out. Also i wont be able to learn.
Is there a piece of code i need to replace?
Why would the plug-in react this way?
Found the code in another post, sorry to duplicate the topic.
Here it is for anyone else looking to change the menu background color to white.
Mobile Menu Background color change custom css code.
.st-menu{
background: #FFFFFF;
}
Could you provide the code to change the background color to white of the mobile menu?
This was very helpful, & i was able to make the font changes. I posted here to save from making another thread. Thanks in advance.
I should have watched that in the first place.
It worked perfectly, Thank you for your patience and help
for some reason when i uploaded the theme via wordpress it would break and that error would occur
however uploading it straight to the hosting worked perfectly with godaddy.
just a heads up if anyone has this problem in the future.
Thanks again, excited to start using this theme
I don’t mean to offend , but i don’t really feel comfortable handing out the admin info seeing as how it’s not my account.
I understand that it could stream line the process of trying to work out this bug. however there has to be something i’ve done wrong in the process of un packing the files from the download and the uploading it to wordpress.
have you seen this problem in the past?
is there something we can do to double check i’ve properly uploaded the right files?
i don’t exactly understand what you mean by that?
Just checked, and the PHP version is 5.3.
Any other Ideas?
