Good request!!! I asked the same two things, last month, sorin.
I also contacted the vc-composer developer and they told me that there’s a way to stop to see this notice every day in out wordpress admin panel, but it is but “8theme” developer that should integrate it properly.
But the warning messagge is always in front at all of us! 😀
So the plugin is not updated in Theme Forest. There’s always the 3.6.

But, I updated the theme today. For safety, I deleted the folder from the list of plugins and reinstalled it.
Now it show me the 3.6 but but it keeps telling me that I need to update the plugin. There ‘still another version? 3.6.1?

WP Bakery Support forum from Theme Forest:
”Hi, you should contact your WP theme author, as he/she should be able to remove it. We have a specific guidelines on how to integrate VC within a theme and once it is integrated properly you will not see any warnings.”
