Hi,
a little time ago, I asked on theme forest theme if it was possible to use the other pages demo, to create more internal pages of the same website. The support responded me to install all the demo I wanted from the Theme Option to import the demo in “Pages” section of wp and then edit the pages that were added.
I did so, but it is impossible to see them in the browser. If I click on it returns me a 404 error.
Could you help me to understand how do it?

Hello,

Please provide us with a link to your site and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.
What links are you getting 404 error on?

The problem are the permalinks, I don’t know why but it does not allow me to use the %postname% to use other pages. This is the error: “The requested URL /index.php was not found on this server.”

But, you could not give me an xml to import all demo pages of royal?

Hello,

The problem may be caused by the reason your site is located in a separate folder “elisaserrau” and not in the root directory. The issue with permalinks persists with default WordPress theme too, so it’s not related to our theme.
