Yeah I just refreshed after cache. The whole website has been altered now and is a complete mess. Please undo everything you have just done. And we can start again while I am monitoring the changes . Because the whole website is a mess now after these changes

Hello, appreciate the effort. I have received the the changes on desktop and can see that the area I have mentioned is looking good . However whatever tech age to have made has completely messed up the whole page n mobile, including changing font styles etc.
Please undo all changes and start again. You need to appreciate that I am the only person making changes to this site, and it is being build from scratch and I check everything before I finalise a page. The issues which I have have just highlighted are not a result of any changes that have been made by myself and these issues have only appeared after you have made changes . Please revert it ,

Memory limit is already set to allow ore than 512.
Execution Time and Max Input Vars cannot be changed.
Php Version is Above 8.2 Already.
I appreciate the advice however the server settings are not the issue here, because I have already paid $50 in the past to have this theme tested by your team on my server. and it displayed fine with no issues.

With regards to demo, this theme was installed on a fresh installation and was the first/only theme, no conflicts.
Please note, this is the only section on the theme that isn’t displaying correctly. I just need the banners to be laid out how the theme implied.

Hello, unfortunately your code doesnt fix the problem. It appears correct in the builder but not on the live site.
The image is over the circle and exceeds it.
No problem, I have a requested a refund.
The issues were almost resolved, If you are able to assist me further, then am happy to keep the theme but if if you are not able to assist me with the glitches that come with this theme then I will need to find an alternative.

Perhaps your colleague has logged in and caused an IP issue because I dint see the issue ion my end..
I can create a new staging site and try again because there must be any issue with the link open your end, maybe cache related.

I believe there is many of you making changes, if one of you makes an error perhaps the rest of you can’t login?

The password or staging has not been changed.
The website is not under construction.
To login you must first READ, then FOLLOW the instructions I have given you around 5-6time now.
Hello, there is no admin account issue, Not sure where you got that screenshot from because you provide no information with it.
Unfortunately I had to update the staging url recently because Rose Tyler had issues accessing the default 404 page lol.
The credentials always remain the same. only thing that changes is staging number i.e staging8 or staging14 etc.
CREDENTIALS / INSTRUCTIONS DONT CHANGE. JUST LINK.

you just aren’t following simple instructions.
what does the error message say?
It says ” You are using an admin account, login with the custom link”
Where does it say that I changed the password.
Its difficult to login because you dont read simple instructions from the start.
1: login using the custom link

You code fixed the layout of the menu.
But it doesnt not appear to have made any difference to:
2: There overlay issue on the green,blue,ornage section area on the Home Screen. When you view on landscape mobile or tablet it appears, also on minimised desktop window.

Please note how the bottom area of the blue, orange and green sections are not covered by their overlay at cerain resolutions on desktop also.

You’ll need to ask your colleague as he was the one that was experienced enough to do it. I DONT touch the staging site…. creating an updated one now.
If you expect me to believe that its possible to code and operate a theme like Xstore but NOT provide a small snippet of code to change the layout of a pop up I am sorry but its not to be believed. 100% fixable.
I do not see this issue any on any demo theme. I believe you just dont understand the problem due to the language barrier. Please dont give up.
No, sorry that’s not an acceptable answer you have already shown me that it is customisable, I just need you to understand my problem correctly and solve it correctly. The issue is fixable with the code you have and I need a resolution for it or I can no longer use the theme as I will need to buy this feature elsewhere.

I dont need a memebr of your support team to address anything, no inconvenience has been caused by them, they were modifying a STAGING site… you seem to be struggling to realise this.

Soon I’ll be erasing the staging site and creating a new one from the live one again, so many edits have made the staging look messy. Will DM
