Free shipping progress bar not showing on mobile cart..

The free shipping bar is not showing on the mobile view, I would like it to show up the same as it does on desktop.

The way it looks on desktop is green/white animated
The way it looks on mobile is just a blue bar.

Hello, there is no admin account issue, Not sure where you got that screenshot from because you provide no information with it.
