    Hi Olga,

    1) Please read the links throughout the thread.

You seem to have missed the problem.

I already stated 0px doesn’t fix it for me. It’s a bug for the user, not sure why 0px works for you.

    2) By you putting 0px it removed “Nottingham”. Remove 0px and Nottingham will reappear. I don’t want “Nottingham” to show so thanks for that. Again, the bug means when I put 0px, nothing happens.

    3) See link in content area please. Please reduce the bottom blue line as 0px when I do doesn’t work for font size or line height (https://prnt.sc/w7vz0d). Please put 0px in line height too.

Seperately, please also fix the missing icons (https://prnt.sc/wbs15i)

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    I think it’s a bug and not a cache issue…

Anyways, pleased to say before I removed the cache I can see you have gone in again and fixed it.

    “Nottingham” no longer shows.

    https://prnt.sc/wbs15i

Please reduce the bottom blue line and 0px when I do doesn’t work.

Please also fix the missing icons.

    Thank you in advance.

Isn’t it the colour CSS code instead? Not highlight…

We not talking about hover (I don’t believe, anyway)

Sorry, this is no longer needed.

Please process a refund as the license for domain 2 is no longer needed.

I still want the license for domain 1.

    Rose,

I think it is bug with the demo used.

I am using the watch demo and don’t have this issue and never had to use CSS code to change the pre-defined display.

Regardless of whether the above bit I said is true or not.

It just doesn’t make sense to have the pre-defined bit to only show the partial text within a phrase when there is enough space to show all the wording.

Please tell developer team to fix in next update.

See private content area for a video

    1) 0px for font doesn’t work for all pages

    2) 0px for line-height doesn’t work. When font has been removed I want the blue bit to reduce to 0px.

    3) Navigation bar stays white when should be transparent.

I already cleared cache but didn’t fix the problem. I cleared WordPress cache and the laptop browser cache.

P.S. The shop page was just an example. There are other pages with the same issue. 0px for both above problems doesn’t work and nor does transparent header for all pages.

    Bugs 🙁

    1) No… Please don’t say this is ANOTHER mistake. I cancelled Christmas Eve plans to update my website.

    https://prnt.sc/w9cfpv

    Last updated “24 December 2020”

I’ve been refreshing all day. If this is a mistake then can I ask why no one learnt from the previous time this happened?

    It’s really frustrating and disappointing.

    2) Thanks.

Tried clearing my cache and say issue on mobile.

I opened my website, click on the YouTube icon, go back to the website and you have to look carefully and will see a light grey on the YouTube icon.

Seems like a bug. Might be minor but given you plan to fix the desktop side I hope the mobile will be on the list of fixes too!

    I’m excited 🙂

Can someone update the changelog on
    https://themeforest.net/item/xstore-responsive-woocommerce-theme/15780546

And ensure the link is clickable on Safari? Usually on Safari it doesn’t work so you may want to contact Themefrost for that.

If I want to ask questions on this forum do I need to extend support service once expire?

    1) The problem I experienced was no matter how many times I put 0px and published the changes the theme never updated. I even tried clearing cache! It worked and then I removed 0px and tried adding again myself but it never worked. Please can you put 0px back in?

It’s a bug where admin users such as myself cannot do 🙁

    2) I am also trying to change the line-height but it doesn’t allow me to do so 🙁

    Thanks, Olga.

Really pleased to hear it will be fixed in the next update. You’re really helpful, thank you!

Unfortunately, the CSS code doesn’t work for Safari on iOS iPhone 12 Pro but it’s not a big issue for me as you fixed the annoying problem of the issue occurring on web browsers on a desktop.

    Thank you for your response.

    1) I’m interested in the 0px solution. Unfortunately, I tried it but it never worked. Please can you try? I really need it fixing as my website looks horrible with the breadcrumbs. I also want to keep overlap protection… Please ask the developer if not sure. This question means a lot to me!

2 and 3) Thank you! Suggestion works great 🙂

It is done through the widget via xStore…

The documentation is not very good, so that’s why I asked for a video. A video is definitely required since you have a dedicated forum section for translation files!

Here are the reasons why I do not like the documentation produced:

    1) It is not clear on whether you can import translation files in various ways to achieve the same outcome. I initially read the documentation guidance as me having to follow EVERY step but infact only one section is required. This was really confusing. Make it more clear please.

    2) The documentation doesn’t tell you how to install the language on LocoTranslate (the plugin you are advertising, please don’t tell me to contact the author!). When I go to LocoTranslate in WordPress and then Languages it doesn’t display the language files I have uploaded to the themes folder as Installed. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to install the translation files I have uploaded to the themes folder.

    3) The documentation doesn’t explain why in the translation files why there are two files for each language and in some languages there are three files?! Is one for WordPress and the other for your site?? No idea what the third file is for…

    https://prnt.sc/w5pvz1

Sorry, but the manual needs testing against each method within the documentation that has been produced.

    4) One method no longer works as LocoTranslate says filenames need to be written in a certain way. This method (referring to the method in the link below) can no longer be done unless you rename all the files which is annoying.
    https://prnt.sc/w5pwsu

    5) There is no single place with all the .mo and .po files. Instead, you just have a master version but within there is folders. Please don’t provide me with this in your response. I am specifically requesting that you should allow users to have all the .mo and .po files in one folder to allow easier upload. Also, you should use better naming function i.e. Spanish.PO or SpanishSpain.PO

    6) The documentation doesn’t make it clear how you would enable the translate function to work with the below…
    https://prnt.sc/w5pz3k

    7) The documentation produced should make it clear that when WordPress updates (which is out of your control) that translations make be lost so for the user to back it up before updating WordPress.

    8) The documentation should end with how users can offer a contribution. Mentioning in the forum section (as you already do) is good but the documentation should include it too.

    9) The documentation should make it clear how to update it to the themes folder and whether it needs to go into the childs theme or the main theme folder?

Rather than just give me answers to the above questions, please can you take action and fix the issue by amending the guidance and implementing a solution to the above problems?

I spent hours trying to understand the documentation and I am educated to PHD level (three times over).
