    Would you like to have the list if subcategories always open by default on page load? It requires additional customization or custom js file added in child theme.
    Please clarify your request with more details for our better undestanding.

    You you may add products right below the woocommerce grid in prefooter sidebar. PLease clarify your request with more details. Would you like to add additional sidebar area or change sidebr location?

    Sorry there is no such option in our theme.
    But you may contact KRAKEN TEAM. Blur property is covering not only parent element but all child and soppingcart too. You also edit theme core files such as wp-content/xstore/headers/ or use appearance -widgets areas to recreate shopping cart in position in html right among “neighbord” parent

    on wich blur should be affected.

    Please update also wodpress to the latest version. Here you may read about how to update WP core:https://codex.wordpress.org/Updating_WordPress. Since we are able to test this issue on our staging platform it is not our theme related. You should contact facebook support team about how to set up facebook login app.

    Our theme requires Revolutionslider and Visual composer plugins to be enabled and installed. PLease install all required plugins to complete update and reply us.

    Hello @ibiscomputer,

    You should previously unset working fuction of parent theme to make child theme fuctiion work without errors. Please add following code into the functions.php of the child theme and replace ... with copy of the parent theme share shortcode functon.

    function remove_parent_functions() {
remove_shortcode('share', 'etheme_share_shortcode');
add_shortcode('share', 'etheme_share_shortcode_child');
} 
add_action('init','remove_parent_functions');

function etheme_share_shortcode_child($atts, $content = null) {.....................

    PLease check all settings: http://prntscr.com/fca7uh step by step and all other screenshot i have sent before. The error code while registering via facebook explains that application is in sandbox mode or not activated. Please read this article abot how to fix it.

    PLease try add following code into the theme options->custom.css or into the child theme style.css.

    .hover-zoom:hover .banner-dark h1{color:red !important;}
 .hover-zoom:hover .banner-dark h4{color:yellow !important;}

    In case you would like to make hover effect for text element without affecting product category zoom mask – you should edtit the layout of the VC banner component.

    Your theme and plugins are fully updated to the latest versions and possible plugin conflicts and theme are not the cause of registration problem. Also we have tested your site with test facebook api and it works fine. Please check this screeshots of private cabinet settings:

    Please review your api key as it differ in one digit from the api key we used with test purposes.

    Please read this article about how to update theme. Also folow this steps:
    1.Backup your site and SQL databses.
    2.Export themeoptions in themeoptions->import->options and save it for further uploading after update.
    3.Copy new theme files using filezilla or similar ftp client with overwriting in theme directory.
    We may also update theme for you in case the backup is alredy done.

    Please install woocommerce pages in case they are not appeared during theme installation .
    You may add link with yoursite/my-account/ for woocommerce registration form and custom registration page for login. Please read this artile about how to create custom registration page.

    Hello @fabregas,

    Sorry , my bad. The problem were caused by woocommerce files incompitable with your wopress theme version. Please reenable child theme and check again. Please add the static block in the sidebar position “sidebar on single product page” you mentioned in previous creenshot. The method for creation custom sidebar areas is still avalible though i have removed its code for better sitespeed performance.

    Check also your page with following tool: https://gtmetrix.com/. AS you can see some fonts and few scripts are loaded form external sources. You may download them via ftp and enable them in wp-content/plugins/*your plugin folder*/*the file where scripts are attached*.

    Most of the links in our theme are white-grey by default. Please add following code modifying the color into the themeoptions->styling-> custom css:
    .cart_totals a{color:pink}
    .cart_totals a:hover{color:pink}
