    After this “Continue as ‘User'” (you showed in screenshot) we can not actually register or login. It always showing the error Can’t login with Facebook. Please, try again later. Please help me to solve the problem ASAP.

    Hello,
    We don’t provide support for 3-d party plugins which not comes with our theme package. Please check yith social plugin as it is developed in fullcompatability with woocommerce:https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-social-login/.

    Hello,
    The Social login is not a part of of any other plugin. It is the part of the theme. You can find the social login portion in admin panel 8theme Options -> General -> Facebook Login, there we have to provide Facebook App ID and Facebook App Secret for facebook login. This comes directly from theme setting.
    We have renewed license for another 12 months for support.
    Please solve the problem ASAP. Facebook login is very much needed in our website.

    Please let me know any information regarding the website you want to know.

    Hello, @Alolika,

    Authorization of facebook app is probably cannot be completed because of facebook api credentials.
    Please carefully check and get new secret key for facebook app. Then fill it again to the theme-options-general->facebook and add domain of your site in facebook login app http://prntscr.com/fbjjbi.

    Hello,

    You are using too old version of our theme because we made improvement for the FB in version 3.12. Please, update theme to latest version. Keep in mind that new version is compatible with WC 3.0 and higher, that’s why you also need to update WC plugin.
    Before the update don’t forget to make the backup of all your files and DB. Also, do the export of Theme Options (Theme Options > Import/Export).

    After theme update you will need to activate theme using your purchase code. We have added few options for the cart/search/wishlist, so after update you will need to choose the position of these elements in Theme Options.

    Let me know about FB problem after theme update.

    Hello @Alolika,

    Please read this article about how to update theme. Also folow this steps:
    1.Backup your site and SQL databses.
    2.Export themeoptions in themeoptions->import->options and save it for further uploading after update.
    3.Copy new theme files using filezilla or similar ftp client with overwriting in theme directory.
    We may also update theme for you in case the backup is alredy done.

    Hello, @Alolika.

    Your theme and plugins are fully updated to the latest versions and possible plugin conflicts and theme are not the cause of registration problem. Also we have tested your site with test facebook api and it works fine. Please check this screeshots of private cabinet settings:

    Please review your api key as it differ in one digit from the api key we used with test purposes.

    Hello,

    I have followed the screenshots you have send. But still I can not login with facebook. It’s not working.

    Moreover the prefooter portion is not showing in the website which was before the updation. Please see the screenshot attachement in Private Content.

    Sorry. We have restored changes caused by update. Please check now.

    PLease check all settings: http://prntscr.com/fca7uh step by step and all other screenshot i have sent before. The error code while registering via facebook explains that application is in sandbox mode or not activated. Please read this article abot how to fix it.

    Please update also wodpress to the latest version. Here you may read about how to update WP core:https://codex.wordpress.org/Updating_WordPress. Since we are able to test this issue on our staging platform it is not our theme related. You should contact facebook support team about how to set up facebook login app.
