Thank you for your response. In order to further improve my understanding of how it works, could you please confirm that if I am already utilizing Elementor for e.g. pages, it would be highly recommended to replace the current/default Customizer-based header and footer with new Elementor-based templates through Xstore Builders?
What about other elements in Builders? I am currently using a Builder for the Search page, should I also create Single Product, Product Archive, etc. in order to have a fully Elementor-based page, which could potentially increase its speed?
Or was your recommendation solely for the header and footer?
I am simply trying to understand how far should I incorporate Elementor-based templates in my design and replacing default features. My main concern is page speed at the moment …
I am uncertain if this is entirely accurate or if I have understood it correctly. When I deactivate the Elementor Search Template (by setting it to draft) the system then utilize the standard search, correct ? In such a case, the system properly searches and displays products as expected when I enter “vl885” into the search field. Therefore, the conclusion must be that the limitation comes from the Xstore Elementor’s Element, which has been added into the Elementor search template. Or perhaps I am overlooking something?
PS: Disabling the Elementor Search Template is not a viable option, as we are experiencing significant issues with the speed of the standard search. Please refer to our other topic here: https://www.8theme.com/topic/very-slow-search-function-toolbar-in-header/#post-434014
Unfortunately, FTP is not available on our server for security reasons. Please refer to the private section for more information as I provided you a workaround.
Furthermore, I have disabled the caching plugin and turned off the CDN, so you should be able to view all changes without any caching.
please see priv area
That is strange 🙂 I thought I was already using those builders, but it seems I have not. Anyways, thank you for your hint and instruction as it was very helpful. Now, the search function is working properly again. Thank you very much.
Unfortunately, we do not have FTP on this server. We only have SFTP, which can be quite complex to share for just one site. As an alternative, I have installed a File Manager directly in the WP admin panel. I hope this will suffice for your current needs.
WebP (together with AVIF) is gradually becoming the norm in contemporary web pages. Furthermore, in addition to WebP, there are still JPG files stored in the system. Moreover, in the “Modern Image Formats” plugin, there is even an option for generating additional JPG files if someone uploads a different format, etc. I strongly believe that in the very near future, this will be integrated into the core WordPress installation.
Could you kindly consider making a correction in the email builder module so that it takes/linking JPG files instead of WebP/AVIF? Both formats are available, it is simply a matter of proper implementation I believe.
Unfortunately, no.
Perhaps try using the direct search links I provided in the private area.
I hope you notice a significant difference in the speed of search loading.
As previously mentioned, both sites are nearly identical and are hosted on the same server.
ok understood 🙂 we will make deep tests than.
One more question .. what about compatibility with Woocommerce 8.4.0 ? is it safe to upgrade Woo ?
found it 🙂 … topic closed 🙂 thx
do I read it right that by default “out of stock” products should have some “Read more” button on products loops ?
all good .. thank you once again for great support 🙂
Hi
thank you for your answer … via testing 😉 i managed to find a proper set of js files to be excluded from JS Delay and product page looks and works as it should. Here is the list (maybe someone else will make use of it) 🙂
– fancy.select.min.js
– single-product-builder.min.js
– etheme-scripts.min.js
– single-product.min.js
– woocommers.min.js
– all other files containing “et-” in name
Ot top I also excluded:
– cartProgressBar.min.js
– cart-fragments.min.js
fille names should explain what those files are for 🙂
Hello again
On the single product page, there are “tabs” with description, information etc.
Could you be so kind and instruct me which js files are responsible for those tabs ? I would like to exclude them from “JS Delay” if possible. Therefore need to know names of all files necessary to properly display/load it.
PS:
I tried tabs.min.js and ethemeAdvancedTabs.min.js but didn’t worked.
Thank you for your great support … as always 🙂
1/ … new xstore-wishlist.php works great 🙂 .. thank you
2/ … I did further investigation and seems Yoast SEO is the one who provide meta data (including price) even if xstore is in Catalog Mode. I found workaround by using other plugin which allows to create different prices per WP role .. so I configured 0PLN for all guest users. For now it solves my issue but this is not ideal solution. Would be great if you could rethink how Catalog Mode works 🙂
thank you … I will report back if successfully implemented so others can make a use of it 🙂
great thank you .. what about sticky sidebar widgets on shop page ?
small edit … I see now “Slider” and “Slides” elementor elements. So if we could identify both js files please 🙂
Thank you very much for prompt answer … as always 🙂
I found first issue 🙂
Woocommerce checkout recaptcha does not work and seems this is known issue … https://github.com/tareq1988/wp-recaptcha-integration/issues/101
Searching again for a working plugin … and supported as this one seems to be closed project .. last update in 2021 🙁
nice 🙂 thank you very very much
clear 🙂 thank you
just checked and on other sites “Patcher” works 🙂 so just only last issue with disappeared menu item remain 🙂
hehe now I do not see Patcher in admin menu 🙂
but when I open url with “/wp-admin/admin.php?page=et-panel-patcher” i can see patches and “apply” works. Thank you 🙂
One you figure out what happened with “Pather” menu item, please let me know what should I do on other sites in order to make it work.
