Let me set up an account for you now … please wait a few minutes please.
Eva,
well I am sorry to say that your advice about updating the theme and woocommerce would make everything ok, this is not the case and my issue with footer links being different are the same.
I also have new issues which I will list below including the original issue;
1) footer links display incorrectly depending on what page you are on, the home page that have a big gap in between, on product pages and other pages they are grouped closely together with not much gap padding at all. NEED TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM … see picture below.

2) On product pages this horizontal line does not line up from the top of the products to the category sidebar … please see picture below

3) The info boxes I have on my home page, the text seems to have dropped too low under the heading? this has happened before on visual composer update.
Please see picture below.

4) I notice that the website on pages judder slightly from left to right on page load, it has nothing to do with my browser and on the previous it did not do this?
5) On the product category list I have product categories which do not go in order, for example I have iPad Mini, iPad Mini 2, iPad Mini 3 but they list like this: iPad Mini 2, iPad Mini 3, iPad Mini
I would like to order them in order i.e. iPad Mini, iPad Mini 2, iPad Mini 3 going downwards. I have changed them within woocommerce admin but your theme is mis-sorting them??
Admin details posted earlier on in private content.
I hope to get these problems resolved, thank you.
Eva,
I will look at updating the theme but hopefully this time if problems happen with how the theme works on my website we will have to work on the issues one by one
Access has been opened ?
Eva,
Please try again.
I have also noticed a problem with the categories listed on product pages, the catgories list on the left side (left sidebar)
The categories do not go as intended like the navigation menu? they seem to go in a random order? even if i drag and drop the catgories in order using the catgories through admin for product categories??
And Jack just to mention, my issues have nothing to do with the theme being an old theme.
If you read my comments you would know I only updated the plugins to the latest version, it has nothing to do with woocommerce at all either??
Jack,
I updated the theme before and it ruined my whole website, things did not work how they should do and the support on this forum did not resolve all the issues so I had to go back to a previous version that worked!
People that use your theme have it running as a live website, we can’t let customers see our website displaying incorrectly.
Has your themes update rectified the search issue not displaying correctly and other issues from my previous topics??
So it is not as easy as saying ‘ You are using an old theme, update it! ‘
I would update it if your theme updates worked properly yes.
I would also like to add that since updating the plugins, on the home page on my info boxes I cant adjust the text size??
The info boxes wont allow custom fonts?
details added for you Eva in in private content
Hi Brian,
I had to add all new buttons in the end to solve this issue but thanks for getting back to me.
Topic can be closed.
Hi,
sorry its not the hover, I think the problem is the text color being grey?
If it was normal im sure it changes it to white font.
I have tried changing the font color to black but it does not change??
it did not used to be like this so visual composer update must have changed this.
Still no reply to this?
I noticed that the text does not go white unlike the button at the bottom of the page (link was posted in private)
Is it because the text is grey?
Sorry for the delay, thanks Eva.
Will try this out
Eva,
the font are not loading on a normal text box situation?
Can the support staff please advise on the above problem please
Is there a way off adding a different logo on smaller screens?
Eva?
I can confirm also that google fonts don’t seem to be working with the latest wootheme 2.4 and all the plugins updated?
Seems like a bug stopping the google fonts from loading.
Typography works on theme settings on previous wootheme 2.3 ??
Thanks Eva
Eva,
That has done the trick, thanks.
So would I need to add custom fonts to the class aio.icon.description now?
Here you go

Also the same for the text under the icons at the top of the page, under the section ‘ HOW OUR SERVICES WORK ‘
Thanks
Hi,
can I also ask where you can change the text for the social links below this on the product pages, there is also an email link within the social icons?
thanks
Eva,
The code you posted did not work?
Eva,
What is the reason for that please?
Thanks
Hi,
Please remove image with website details please.
Sorry it is the text under the icons in lower case, below ‘ customer satisfaction ‘
Thanks
Hi,
Access now open.
Please check the visual composer row under ‘ customer satisfaction ‘
That text should be 18px but it’s not displaying that size?
Thanks
Hi,
That’s not made any difference to why you can’t add custom font using p style tags?
Firstly it was not beyond your theme, it was adding something to the footer area of your theme which was causing the footer area to break its responsive design.
Anyway I found the cause, I use the same Twitter code generated by Twitter on another theme (not supplied by you) and it works without adjusting the code which I had to do on your theme.
I had to remove no scrollbar using data-chrome attribute, funny as it works without doing this in my other theme?
I do have another issue with visual composer posted on another topic, but no doubt you wish to put the blame on visual composer?
Sorry to say I am having issues still.
1) when I create a info box, I add title and then description, however I can not add custom text to include a custom font using the P style tag, nothing happens?
I also had issues some time ago where the title of the info box and description had a big gap.
I was given this code to reduce the gap.
.aio-icon-header + .aio-icon-description { margin-top: 0px !important; } .aio-icon-component * { margin-bottom: 2px !important; }
