Eva,

Thanks I will try that code, however I think I managed to do it by using the general settings via visual composer.

However I could not reduce background margin at the bottom, can I use and adjust the code to reduce the margin at the bottom?

Also quickly to ask, my footer columns when browsing on the iPhone are a little close together, what is the best way of adding a margin of approx 20px before the next column below?

Sorry for the delay, I managed to work out how to do this via the general settings, stretch row option.

You can close this topic, thanks

Ok, can it be removed totally?

I noticed the website went down earlier on.

Can the doc type with open graph data be removed as W3C validation advised it should not be there.

Can I comment it out or add filter not to display it?

Thanks

To add further to this, the open graph data is being added to the doc type for sure.

W3C Validation also pulls this up and says it should not be included with the doc type, please see image included.

I would like to remove this from the header / doc type please.

Olga or (support staff)

I have child-theme installed, most stuff seems to work but I noticed a recent change which you guys helped me on with the sidebar for categories on the products page does not upload those changes, the categories sidebar on the left does not fully align with the filter box to the right.

Please see my image to explain;

products category-sidebar

the code you guys added was:

div#woocommerce_product_categories-2 {
margin-top: 44px;
}
.sidebar-widget .widget-title {
padding: 15px 0 15px 0;
}

When I change to the child theme I notice that there is reference to woocommerce_product_categories-1 from looking at the code using firebug but do not see where the code is located or why it changes using the child theme.

For anyone using the child theme and you want to use an image in admin like the main theme I include an image called screenshot.png which you upload to the root of your child-theme folder, just makes it look better to have an image.

I never asked for a tutorial, I asked for an example!

Quite amazing how you guys can be nice to some people on the forums and others you can be unhelpful.

Like others there are problems with this theme, if you are unwilling to help then as I have told you before I will just get a refund from PayPal!

Olga,

There are no errors in the custom.css from what I can see at all!

So are you saying that any code in the custom.css needs to be moves the child theme style.css file?

From looking at the codex for setting up a child theme are you 100% that everything is enqued?

Your reply still does not resolve the child theme problem which has been like this for weeks now!

Thanks

it appears that opengraph is being loaded through the doc type, maybe this is from the demo data?

can you confirm if it is being loaded via this:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang=”en-GB” xmlns:og=”http://opengraphprotocol.org/schema/” xmlns:fb=”http://www.facebook.com/2008/fbml”>

I would like to remove this as I can add the opengraph via wordpress SEO by Yoast if required.

As previously mentioned the data included from this opengraph data points to a non valid facebook image which also brings up an 404 error page as the file does not exist in the uploads root folder.

Many thanks

Olga,

Thanks for this, I appreciate the developers looking at this.

I think for now I will just use the custom method without the URL.

Do you have any more detailed info on the icons for the mobile menu icons as I don’t fully understand how the pseudo works, can you give an example?

Thank you Olga, I hope you are well.

I think the work around for now is to use a custom link and not to put an URL for the link for the parent link I.e. Repairs

This way you can tap once to reveal sub categories without activating the parent main link.

I think you should look into the main menu in a future update (not mobile menu)

For the mobile menu, how can I add a X like your menu on the support forum to close the menu?

Also how can I add an icon on the mobile menu links to the left?

Eva,

I have explained the problem here so don’t really see why I should open a ticket to explain the same problem.

Please can you ask another member of staff to look at this.

Thank you

Eva,

Sorry that does not work, the menu does not work and as I have told you several times it activates the parent link!

Shall I email Olga directly as this issue is not user friendly, the full width menu is useless and DOES not work
