Okey, thanks!
Okey, thanks!
Okey. Thanks!
Okey, thanks!
Great, thank you!
can’t it be translated directly from the theme like everything else in the plugin?
Why can everything but that be translated?
Thank you.
Great, now it’s all there.
Thank you very much for all your help.
Now all of the above (shopping page) works fine, but after you changed something, we have lost some translations.
E.g. In the shopping cart it says ‘Shipping’ in English (image 1), and it doesn’t translate ‘Up to %s’ as an offer (image 2).
I have used Loco Translate to translate these strings (image 3). I have cleared all caches (web, server, browser… but it doesn’t sync).
What is the problem?
Thank you.
I have already removed all duplicates leaving only the system translations, but it still doesn’t work at all.
Some problems have been fixed, but there are still some words in the purchase steps that are not translated for me.
Where or how can I change them?
PS. I attach in the image the words that it has not yet translated from English to Spanish.
Thank you.
but with the system translation I lose the translations when I update the theme?
I have it in Custom so as not to lose the changes.
Regards!
can you send me your country of access and public IP? since the server is blocking it.
I attach the credentials.
The words to be translated are attached in the image of the first comment of this Topic + Frequently Bought Together + For %s item(s) + Add all to cart.
Thanks!
Muchas gracias por la ayuda.
Now it is translated, where has it been changed?
Thank you.
You can access with the enclosed credentials.
Also, I need your IP and country to unblock you in the system.
Thank you.
Hi, I have done this and it still doesn’t work.
The problem is not that it does NOT synchronise, the problem is that it cannot find the CLEAR SHOPPING CART string to translate.
I attach a screenshot of the search in the PO file.
How can I solve this?
Okay, thanks!
Regards!
So, will this be fixed in the next version regardless of whether I have made the changes?
Thank you.
We have already done this and it has worked well. It no longer shows SHOP in the breadcrumbs.
However, will this be fixed in the next version?
Because if we upgrade (when there is a new version) we will lose these changes.
Thank you.
can you tell me how to change it?
I don’t have access to the theme’s FTP so I can’t give it.
However, if you tell me how to do it, the development team could do it.
Thank you.
Thank you, that’s what I wanted to know.
Best regards
I have disabled the H1 tag because it is not good for SEO.
I want the H1 to be the title of the page (whether I display it or not) but NOT IN THE BREADCRUMBS.
In the same way that product titles are H1, why shouldn’t page titles be H1?
We have already activated the plugins because they have broken the site.
We have also tried deactivating all plugins and the same thing still happens.
This is not about a code error (apparently), it’s about the pages not having or catching the title as H1 tag.
How can I set the page title as H1?
Can’t they access the internal wordpress login we have attached as they have sometimes done before?
Thanks!
If you have problems to access, it could be a hosting problem, from which location are you trying to access, what is your IP? (with this information we will be able to enable access).
For example, in the HOME page I had to put the H1 with Elementor because the page title itself doesn’t do it (screenshot 1).
However, on other pages such as the shop, contact or FAQs, no h1 appears even though the page has its own title in WordPress. (screenshot 2)
Do I have to add to each page its own H1 with Elementor or can I set the H1 tag to be the title of the page in WordPress?
Thank you.
Yes, the image shown was the one on the shop page.
We left it hidden via css.
Thanks for the details.
Don’t worry, we leave it hidden via css, because in the end we waste more time sending queries and responding than we do with the path to the solution.
We will get back to you if we have any questions or problems.
Thank you for your reply.
Private access.
That’s what I was saying at the beginning of the ticket, that I have it hidden via CSS, but I don’t know why this is happening.
Thank you.
