Thank you so much!
Thank you so much!
I am in final production and don’t need these features at this time. As soon as I go live, I will set up a staging site for your testing purposes. Thanks
I know this is marked solved, but just wanted to give you an update. I duplicated my child theme with a new name (while trying to troubleshoot a header issue), and I was able to access the built-in Wishlist admin pane fine. But as I was resetting all the Xstore theme options for my site, something broke my access to built-in Wishlist again. I am also unable to access the Built-in Compare section. So there’s definitely a bug with one of the settings. I am sorry, but I was unable to pinpoint what change I made that triggered it.
I uploaded a freshly downloaded child-theme file, and I am still having the issue (no child-theme customizations at all). It loads fine when the main theme is active, but not when the child theme is active.
But I did get to check out the settings while the child theme was deactivated, and have chosen to stick with the YITH Premium Wishlist. Thanks for your help.
Sorry, Please use the user name in this Private area comment. I guess it defaulted to the email address. Thank you!
I have deactivated all plugins and reset the cache and am still experiencing the issue. Credentials in the Private area of my first post. Debugging authorized. Thanks.
Looks like it is all working. Thanks!
The wishlist heart icon loads (after the Ajax call), but clicking on it does nothing (unable to add to wishlist),.
Also the Wishlist tool tip does not load either.
Oddly, it seems the heart icons are loading on my site now. Not sure if you or they did something on my site or not. The hearts load but they Wishlist tool tips do not, after the Ajax.
Response from YITH:
They will need to trigger this JS code after doing the AJAX:
$(document).trigger( 'yith_wcwl_reload_fragments' );
OK, will do. Thanks
Any progress on this? Can I safely disable AJAX pagination and filters or do you need it active to troubleshoot?
Yes, the link works now that Ive changed it. Thank you. I did try changing the Mini Wishlist type, but I didn’t publish and reload the theme options after selecting each type.
I was able to inspect the html for the page and remove the display:none CSS for both the custom link fields that were not visible on my backend, and make the change. Im not sure why they are hidden.
I looked to see if that was an option. My backend doesn’t show that custom link option. http://prnt.sc/z0un7a
FTP Creds added. Thank you for taking a look.
