    Hi!

    Yes, I know all this, or at least I am aware of it – of course, all plugins are “up to date”. Speed Optimization is as you propose. WP Rocket knows about Cloudlfare, Cloudflare knows about XStore. There are Page Rules and further cache policies on top of this, and yet something, somewhere, is going wrong. I’m not saying that something will magically happen on its own, maybe I’m just counting on real advice on how to further verify it to find the real cause.

    Hi!

    Hmm… OK, but why didn’t such situations occur four, three, two or a year ago? The last three months have seen constant reminders from the hosting staff that the website and related processes are overloading the server.

    Nothing significant in terms of configuration was changed or added.

    Hi!

    Thank you for your reply. I am not so “super-tech-guy”, but I will try to answer.

    1. rpfabrics.pl page is hosted on shared served, it’s about optimized for WordPress and the maximum value of simultaneous child processes is 10.

    2. Would these be some actions within the xstore settings or something deeper at the database level?

    3. I assume that this is about the so-called Heartbeat, however, it’s done.

    4. The shared server doesn’t really allow this and only when I have some critical problems with loading the website is the hosting support able to send me current statistics.

    5. Yes, sure. Cloud Server is always a better solution, but the website in its current configuration has been operating for quite a few years. Sales in the store are negligible because it is a specific assortment and it is more about the “catalog mode” to show the products, so it is not strictly a matter of high traffic or a growing database.

    6. OK..

    As mentioned before we using WP Rocker, Cloudflare and Redis Object Cache – combined with the lack of any great individual modifications, lack of above-average traffic on the website, etc. it seems that there are some processes going on in the background that I am not aware of, which are draining the server’s resources and I don’t really know how to go about it..

    On Step 2 I don’t get XStore Library only global Elementor Library and there are so standard templates, not Your designs :/ What can be the reason?

    Cloudlfare is in Development Mode, WPRocket in Safe Mode, all optimizations are OFF but footer is still same :/

    Mobile Content Optimization in Theme options is Disable.
    Mobile Cache on WP Rocket site is Enable.

    Cache cleared, CSS regenerated. Still got Mobile Header :/

    Hi!

    Downloaded clear xstore theme, added to FTP and site began to working, but there is some problem with widgets – all are gone, for example shop filters, footer, after the products etc. WC changes something here as I see, but why they all gone?

    Hi!

    I think I have same issue – after click on ‘buy and pay’ in second checkout step I don’t get any success page only some error BUT the order is done – now I have many orders from same clients with same items, amount etc., because they think order was finally not made..

    Hi!

    Weird.. Trying to figure out what is going on, I made some small change in product, safe and then each category appear once again in filters :/ BUT now in Fabrics count say 61 items, but each subcat has 12 items, total 48, so where is “missing” 13?

    Hi!

    But Your filtering is for main Fabric category, so right, it will show all items in black color from all subcategories. And my point is, to show all other products in black color, when I am in some of subcategories. For example I am in Crepe as Subcat, I see black Crepe, but after this I want to show items in black from other categories.

    Hi!

    Maybe my explanation was not right. After I choose one color I want to show, something like related products, other products with same color. Maybe there is some option to, after checked color as attribute, show all other products with same attribute from whole shop?

    Hi!

    OK, now understand, how it works – Thanks a lot, BUT have next problem with price – Pls. see https://prnt.sc/wd2i99

    After I add item to cart, there is corrcet price 12 EUR, but on product page is 50 EUR, same as price in PLN. In category view is same, 50 PLN for english version with EUR.

    I will be thankfull one more time for check..
