Hey there,
I turned off everything but XStore and Elementor (had to leave it on as it’s on elementor servers). Access provided in private area.
I cannot keep all third party plugs deactivated on the website as it limits the functionality too much or will impact SEO. I have left Jet Search and SEOPress activated, if you must deactivate them to do your work, please reactivate so the site doesn’t have too much missing. Thank you!

Hello Luca, I appreciate your response and I’m certain that you get messages like this all the time. But it doesn’t look like you read my post. If I turn literally every plugin off on the website except for Xstore plug-ins and child themes, it is still slow.
Then if I turn off Xstore child them, it speeds up again but the site is broken.
So, the only thing that currently speeds up the site is turning off XStore. Does this not point to Xstore being the issue?

Hi there, on my end, the gallery is showing fine in Chrome, but not Firefox it seems. It looks like there is more than one issue going on here. So now the issue is that on the page: https://unitedfloorsvictoria.ca/product/abruzzo-11100-stone/
the gallery shows on Chrome, but not Firefox. And on the page: https://unitedfloorsvictoria.ca/product/allure-5506-gold-27-wide-runner/
the gallery does not show on either browser. What access do you need to look into this? Again, I have tried to disable all plugins to trouble shoot and nothing changes.

Hi,
We do not wish to edit core files. We would prefer to use a hook that we can use in our child theme function.php.
This is the least resource intensive and doesn’t require installing a plugin for such a small change.
Can you tell me if there is a hook available on that widget or help me to figure out how to find it myself?
