    So what are the additional customizations?
    If you don’t know the answer, could you please forward this case to Olga Barlow or developers? It’s been 48 hours I’ve been going back and forth here to get the resolution.

    I removed those files from xstore-child/woocommerce/emails and added the code to the functions.php. now there is a new error message that appears on both the Email Builder Templates Page & the Editor pages:

    Hi Olga,
    I could create new email templates for the Woocommerece Subscription plugin, thanks for your help.
    However, there are still other plugins with email messages that are not listed on XStore email builder “Email type” drop-down menu.
    here is an example:
    to overwrite copy woocommerce-gateway-stripe/templates/emails/failed-renewal-authentication.php to your theme folder: xstore-child/woocommerce/emails/failed-renewal-authentication.php

    I have copied the file to the XStore emails folder, and the message has changed to:
    This template has been overridden by your theme and can be found in: xstore-child/woocommerce/emails/failed-renewal-authentication.php.

    but yet it doesn’t show up on the editor page email type menu.
    I would be thankful you check this out for me.

    The plugin is WooCoomcerse Subscriptions by Woocommerce.
    Here is a sample email HTML template description:
    To override and edit this email template copy woocommerce-subscriptions/templates/emails/customer-on-hold-renewal-order.php to your theme folder: xstore-child/woocommerce/emails/customer-on-hold-renewal-order.php.

    One last question: I have XStore Child theme installed and active. Is it ok to keep it that way or do I have to change it to XStore theme?

    Thank you! It is imported; however, there is another issue: once a new page is created, a new page link adds to the main menu. (I removed the business demo page from the menu)

    I have checked with the hosting provider (Siteground.com) and here is their answer:

    The provided error is specific to the Woocommerce plugin and its code. As you may already know, we do not provide development services and are unable to assist with code-related issues.

    To have this issue checked, please consult with the respective plugin provider directly

    Please advise everything was fine before updating the theme to version 8.

    I don’t see any options here to upload/attach screenshots.
    the problem is about product gallery styles. the first 2 options (thumbnails below and on the main image) are messed up and seems the styles are corrupted.
    To see the problem please go to a product page: –> customize –> product Gallery –> change the style to any of the first 2 options.
