I disabled the email builder, and now we get the emails in the default format.
This issue had happened other times before and after a theme update. I would be grateful if your team ensure this excellent feature is not breaking each time there is an update to the theme.

We are not receiving any of the emails built by the email builder including customers or admin emails.

The site is sending out plain Woo messages like this:
LT-22222-L LoRa I/O Controller (#13920) is out of stock.

The issue is with the email I customize using the “Built-in Email Builder.” Could you please take a closer look?

Thanks for checking this. It’s not working properly on Chrome and pops up a blank, gray, half-size transparent window. However, it works fine on Firefox.

Thanks, Olga, you are right about the refreshing, but this is still a bug from my perspective. Let’s say a user decides to maximize the window or put 2 different windows side by side to compare. Everything will get and stay corrupted unless he finds out to refresh the page.

Hi Rose,
Thanks for checking this. I followed the instruction and still, it’s not working. In fact, I had already checked all possible configurations. In my case, the content within the modal is not shown (which is not a big deal), so I added a button like what you shared. The button is now on the page, but the pop-up won’t show on click.

I used the import option to create the page, and it should have been like this by default, I guess since I had no clue how to enable/disable this option.
Unfortunately, I cant see the screenshot you share. Could you please share via a different platform or email it to me?
I found this option and enabled display on mobile and tablet but still, it’s not showing.

It actually worked partially. For example, the words “sensors” and “restaurants” have hyperlinks but are still in black, while another linked phrase, ” Watch a sample tutorial video” has turned to the color: #474dff. The hover color works fine for all.

As I said this problem showed up right after I updated the theme. This is not about the tabs. The main product page which is designed by WPBakary is not displayed anymore.
The screenshot you send is not showing anything to me. I have reset your password to make sure you can log in.
