    Hello Rose

One question … have you made any changes in my wordpress?

All the images on my website that link to my categories, among many other things, have disappeared.

And I have to resolve if it has been for some change or yours, or my Seo manager.

    Hello Rose

I was very surprised because you do get the arrows.

So I’ve asked three friends to check it on their cell-phones, and the arrows do not appear either.

I left the code written in the “global CSS otpions” box of Theme Options, but as I said, I also tried it by copying it in the “Custom CSS for mobile” box (theme options).

    I give you my keys.

    Thank you very much!

    Ana

    Hello Rose.

The carrousel works perfectly. What dosn’t shows on Mobile are the NAVIGATION ARROWS.

I have change the code, but the arrows on the mobile still don’t appear. I have tried both the Global Custom CSS option and the Custom CSS for mobile.
I’ve also tried in the style.css of the child-theme.

Is it implemented on woopress theme? If that option does not exist, as a suggestion I think it should come BY DEFAULT in the next version.

I think that today it is important that the navigation by mobile is perfectly optimized.

If my clients don’t see the navigation arrows in the carousel, they don’t continue visualizing the carousel because they don’t know that there are more products that can see (ALWAYS TALKING ABOUT THE MOBILE)

Is there a possibility that you can solve it for me?

    Good morning, Rose.

It has not been solved. Maybe I explained wrong.

What I need is that in the Mobile version, 2 arrows appear on both sides of the carrousel of products, so that the user knows that if slide left or right with the arrows, will find more products.

If not, the user believes that there is only the product that is appearing on the screen.

¿Does the theme have that possibility?

Ah, not all products have variations.
An example in my web of the problem is in:

    Good afternoon, Olga.

Sorry I have not answered before. I have been on vacation.

As you said, when changing to Storefront the images of the variations did not come out correctly with that plugin.

But I have changed it to another plugin (WooCommerce Additional Variation Images) and now it does exit correctly with Storefront.

That’s why I’m asking you to continue with the first option:
“1) We can disable the custom gallery for the single product image and product gallery and you will use the standard WC functionality for the images that should be compatible with the plugin. In this case, we need temporary access to Dashboard and FTP. It’s free ”

I have changed my access data to WordPress. I’ll give them to you again.

Thank you very much and greetings.

    Good morning, Olga.

I would like you to try the first option:
“1) We can disable the custom gallery for the single product image and product gallery and you will use the standard WC functionality for the images that should be compatible with the plugin. In this case, we need temporary access to Dashboard and FTP. It’s free”

I indicate you my passwords in the Private Content.

    I await your news.

    Hy.

    I’m afraid it’s the same.

When writing the code in “Custom CSS for desktop”, the yellow triangle sign with exclamation mark, appears, just next to the line “position: sticky”

There must be some error in the code. Or at least in that line

It’s important to me that that sidebar is sticky

    Thanks.

    Hy, Rose.

I did it, but in the “related post” the author’s information and the date, still appear.

Can I send you a screenshot of the page so you can see it?

Or you can see it also at the end of this page

    https://www.rincondesilencio.com/meditar-es-un-viaje-alucinante/

At the end of the page, the related posts appear (“artículos relacionados” in spanish). That’s where the information that I want to omit, appears (name of author and Date.

    Thanks.

    Good morning.

    Of course.

What I would like is that when the user is browsing my blog, always be visible the Sidebar even scroll.

As it is right now, it’s sidebar disappears from the view when the user scrolls down.

NOTE: I have only sidebar on BLOG page and in posts pages.

    Thanks a lot.

Thanks a lot. I don’t know what had happened. Those options were turned on and the buttons were still missing. I have made a restoration and have reappeared

    Thanks Rose.
