BIG PROBLEM WITH THE VARIATION IMAGES IN MY PRODUCT

Good Morning, everybody.

I have renewed my support service with you, because I have a serious problem with the products of my store because of the theme.

I sell products that have variations of color, size, etc.

Each variation has its corresponding photos, 2, 3 or 4 depending on the case

Woocommerce does not allow to put more than one image per variation.

I bought 2 plugins (both paid), one of them from the Themeforest page.

Neither one nor the other allows me to correctly display the photographs of the variations.

Instead of going out in thumbnail mode under the main photo, they appear in large size one below the other under the main image.

The plugin of the themeforest page is “Woocommerce Variation Master”.

The other plugin I bought and it gives me the same result is woocommerce adittional variation

I have spent more than € 150 to resolve this issue, because for me it is of the utmost importance, since I do not conceive a store where I can not show several images of the variations.

Hello,

WooPress comes with custom gallery slider that’s why plugins that use product image gallery should be additionally customized to be compatible with this custom gallery.
There are 2 ways to solve the problem:
1) We can disable the custom gallery slider for the single product image and product gallery and you will use the standard WC functionality for the images that should be compatible with the plugin. In this case, we need temporary access to Dashboard and FTP. It’s free.

2) Additional customization of theme and maybe plugin to make them compatible. Customization request you can submit here and this is paid service.

Sorry I have not answered before. I have been on vacation.

As you said, when changing to Storefront the images of the variations did not come out correctly with that plugin.

But I have changed it to another plugin (WooCommerce Additional Variation Images) and now it does exit correctly with Storefront.

That’s why I’m asking you to continue with the first option:

I have changed my access data to WordPress. I’ll give them to you again.

Ah, not all products have variations.
