Hi Rose,
I thought I have been talking to you all along. Maybe you have not paid attention.
I showed you above that the problem is slightly different error when in your theme and other themes.
As I told you before, I realise this is a screets chat problem. However, when contacting us this is what they say:
“Thank you for contacting Screets.
We only provide premium support for our customers who have valid license from Envato. I suggest you to contact with theme author or asking help WordPress community to fix the issue.”
I have gotten Screets through the Royal theme. I expect it to work.
I have tracked down the issue as you requested in your initial reply.
Now I need help fixing the issue. If you have contact with Screets. Can you please talk to them about the issue. The plugin should work and it is not.
I would expect you to help me get in touch with Screets or at least borrow me a “code” / api-key which I can contact them with.

You recommend the plugin so I think it should be fair that it works with the theme?

Hi Rose,
The prices are hidden because I have decided to not show the prices because all the prices are wrong if they are shown.. I believe they are shown wrong because the og tags are missing.
So how can I add these og tags to my products? In the <head>
since it is !important, that might be causing it to be so difficult to remove.
How can I remove that without of course affecting the radio buttons that disappeared last time I tried..?

I have tried the one you said as well as this:

But it is still showing that ugly styling for the iphone.
What am I doing wrong.

Hello,
Removing the code I have added worked.
I would like to ask something else which is connected to that code I added. I added it in the hopes that the iphone display of the search field would not be predefined in design.
I played around in the inspector and found that when deselecting some webkit things in the css the radio buttons appeared. (Even thought the buttons where not there it was possible to press them)
The site is live so if there is another way for us to find out whats causing it or if we can fix it without deactivating stuff I would be happy.

I see, However it seems rather complicated to have to deal with .po files especially as I use WPML for all my translations and do not want to mess something up.
Is there a way to use WPML to change that string?
You say it is easy, but really, easy would be if you provided a textfield for changing that string in the promo popup section of the theme settings. This would take your developers 5 minutes to fix, but in 3 years it has not been done. I cannot be the only one requesting this?

How can that be a functionality?
Functionalities offer features not unexpected behaviour which screws up the design of my webpage.
I have made over 30 websites and have never experienced something like this.
Clearly this is a bug.
I want you to forward the issue to your development team.
