Now it seems to work fine, but I’ve noticed that some widget that I had before are missing now. What was the problem and how can I archive the same result on my live site? Thanks!

I have the latest version of the theme and XStore plugin on my live site, but the problem is there. Please read carefully my first message, the problem is there even with all plugins deactivated. If I switch to another theme, the problem is resolved, when I change back to XStore theme, the problem is there. So the issue is with the XStore theme.
