    2. yes, friends
    3. yes, every page
    4. yes, Hello Elementor works fine
    5. no.

Thank you for response and nice check steps!

about point 5, it is a good point, I checked the demo we imported
    https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/
    It doesn’t have such problem.

So, I am confused now, what would be my next step to solve this problem

Since cache is problematic in this theme, so I remember my site already disable all cache options, css-js-minify options. Pages are cached only by GoDaddy host provider (which is not able to disabled).

If you need to flush the cache when debugging our site, you can follow this guide https://tw.godaddy.com/help/clear-your-cache-12444

Thank you for looking into this problem.

After contacting the elementor pro, I followed their debug steps:

    1. disabled all the plugin,
    2. changed theme to Hello Elementor,

    the problem is gone.

So the problem is something related on the theme or theme settings.

    Could you please help?

I really need you on this because I have no idea to solve this, even I as a web developer.

Elementor give their explain well. They said, some optimization settings might cause the problem.

And the link you provide mentioned to disable some setting about optimization and cache option. After I disabled them, the problem solved. So I would say there might be some problem between elementor and Xstore’s optimization setting.

Since our hosting provider has server cache function, I think with the optimization setting disabled in Xstore, it won’t bring slow user experience to my users or take too much server calculating resource. So the solution your provided is acceptable for now.

Your reply really helps! Many thanks!

I contacted the elementor pro support, they said this might be caused from other optimization plugin. But acctually I don’t use optimization plugin much and Already disabled all options that might cause this problem. So I will keep contacting them.

On Xstore’s end, if you think this problem might be cause with your render process or option, please let me know.

I will keep posted once I have update on this issue, thanks!

I would suggest customer like me to use managed wordpress host provider instead.

I moved to GoDaddy the issue is solve by its backend structure automatically now. So I will just skip this problem for now.

    Hello, thanks for the update.

the two error is not quite important, so I will skip that in this post. The main problem you mentioned is the over 60MB peak memory which you said is a rare case.

But I tried to initialize an empty wordpress with xstore theme, and imported classic demos (https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/), then go to the main page, the landing page has 30MB peak memory.
    https://prnt.sc/CE6nTw7tPc1i

Since your built in demo uses a large memory usage initially, how will you guide user to reduce the memory usage if they are using your demo content and facing memory problem?

I know some method like increasing wordpress memory limit, so don’t tell me those.

The most thing I need from you is, why your classic demo site has 30MB peak memory initially? And where exactly does those amount come from? Image file size in slider revolution or something else?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

The issue still exist after I upgrade the theme to 8.2.4. If you want to reproduce the issue I met, simply follow my test procedure mentioned here
    https://www.8theme.com/topic/server-stuck-after-open-several-customize-php-at-the-same-time/#post-277684

My customer keep asking me if the site is stable, I couldn’t response them, because this theme have the posibility to crash the server.

    Any suggestion? thanks!

You should know that, we don’t need to open many customizer tab, but we need a stable theme code which will not cause our serve stuck.

At the beginning, we discovered our server will get stuck with unknown reason. You know, such issue is not acceptable for any website.

We contact you about that but got no good answer. After that, we keep encounter server stuck problem sometimes. Fortunately we finally narrow down the condition, do the test and give you the detail and confidently say this is something related with your theme, and highly related with your some code hooked in wp-customize.php.

And we are still not sure if such code are hooked else where in other public webpage. So we need you to look on this and give us a clear guide and information to prevent server get stuck with your code.

We are still looking forward to a good information on this issue from you, Thanks

Hello, I updated the theme and core plugin to the latest, and disabled plugins, but things doesn’t go well.

And I notice I could find the situation to reproduce this problem,

    1. If you keep the related product section in view, and reload the page, the images in related product will loads.

    2. If the releated product section is not in view at the moment page loaded, then scroll to related product section, the problem will show (images keeps loading)

I checked the chrome element inspector, yes, the loading img element doesn’t have lazyloaded class, neither the src attribute.

So some code make lazyload plugin not work right, and it should be something you should notice and fix.

By the way, we could handle this by simple quick fix, but we need some information from you. I found some code, which could manually trigger lazyload plugin to update again. But I am not sure how could I access the lazyload instance, and not sure what lazyload plugin the related product area used. Could you provide me these information? Thanks (reference : https://github.com/tuupola/lazyload/issues/346#issuecomment-396564854)

Also by the way again, for your information, the related product area also have bug in your theme forest live demo, the loading circle keeps showing:

    Hello, awesome response efficiency!

    1) it seems okay, not noticeable missing image for now.

    2) after the setting, it seems work now.

    3) my teammate is doing the fix.

If we got any problem, we will let you know again. Thanks!
